Residents living in the areas close to the Forth Replacement Crossing may require independent advice in the following areas:

• Compulsory purchase orders – residents who receive this can obtain independent legal advice from CCW’s solicitors who advise on compulsory purchase orders – please contact Michael Dewar.
• Residents may be affected by the manner in which construction works are being carried out – for example, excessive noise or poorly timed construction work.  Residents affected by this may have legal regress – for more information on this please contact Stephen Cotton.
• Where residents have received compulsory purchase orders and do not wish to object to transfer of land/buildings, they can make use of our special property service for fast tracking transfer of land and building.
• If residents believe they have spare land which may be of use to construction contractors, then please contact Michael Dewar, so that we can put you in touch with the relevant construction companies.
