Bribery Act: Now in force

The Bribery Act is now in force, spelling potential trouble for companies who have not taken steps to prepare themselves.

The Act punishes not only organisations directly involved with bribery, but also other operators doing work on their behalf.

Falling foul of the new law will mean tough penalties for companies and individuals, so bringing policies and procedures into line with the new standards is essential.

It’s time to assess where your company stands, whether there is a risk and what can be done about it.

For a no obligation discussion on the implications of the Bribery Act 2010 on your business please contact Caroline Maher or John Clarke.
