CCW represents a number of operators in site acquisition, leasing and financing of homes as well as in operational issues.  We advise clients with respect to business formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.  We can represent care home owners in the negotiation of management agreements as well as management and franchise agreements.  We have particular experience in the operational company/property company operating structure which has evolved over the years and regularly examine and draft operational leases.  We also advise care home owners in relation to employment, software, e-commerce and outsourcing agreements.
