David’s area of practice is corporate and commercial law and he specialises in advising owner managed business from inception to exit. His areas of expertise include company sales and purchases, private and venture equity investments, business structures and corporate constitutions, joint ventures, re-organisations, start-ups, shareholder and corporate disputes and various insolvency related matters.
Part of our corporate and business strategies team and he has been involved in advising clients from a wide range of sectors including: oil & gas, healthcare, food, professional practices and manufacturing.
David is also involved with many of the firm’s local business and entrepreneurial networks and is head of our business development team. He is also the partner in charge of our commercial law consultancy which specialises in providing legal advice to other law firms and professional practices.
